Services by Solution Partners

Each Solution Partner can determine their level of involvement in any implementation project:

  • Arrangement of services” – the Solution Partner can resell all of our paid modules and services

  • Organizing workshops” – the Solution Partner can offer the customer workshops to define customer-specific requirements

  • Elaboration of conception” – the Solution Partner can work out a technical specification for the introduction of a PIM system and discuss possible solutions with us

  • Accompanying implementation phase – the Solution Partner can accompany the implementation project as a representative of the customer or product owner, or implement it himself.

Rights and Obligations

What rights and obligations does the partner have?

  • The Solution Partner may recommend and sell all services and products, such as AtroCore, AtroPIM or AtroDAM

  • The Solution Partner has no obligation to acquire any number of customers or to generate specified turnover for AtroCore GmbH

  • A Solution Partner contract should be agreed. The contract will have no minimum term. The notice period for both parties is three months.
